LifeShield & Oxford Paper Application
In order to be appointed, you must submit a paper application to Oxford and Lafayette. LifeShield requires one paper application, before gaining access to the E application
- Go to Carrier Documents ~ Oxford ~ Oxford App ~ Hit Export ~ Copy/Open with Adobe PDF Fill & Sign ~ Export ~ Email to fastapps@oxfordlife.com | CC myself and your manager
- Go to Carrier Documents ~ LifeShield ~ LifeShield App ~ Repeat same process ~ Download Link from the Apple Store (iPad only)
